Since Wailord is a beloved Pokmon partially due to the fact that it's the largest creature in existence we'll go with the notion that it's at least partially pink in its shiny form. In Pokémon HOME, Burmy, Deerling, and Vivillon's forms were given distinct entries and thus distinct colors prior to this, all of their forms shared the same entry and thus the same color as the default form. Depending on which version of the game it is, or the model that's used, its shiny form sports a different hue of a purple-pink color. In Generation VII, the color of several species of Pokémon with multiple forms were changed. Also, some species are categorized on the basis of the color of their heads or faces, such as Druddigon, which is categorized as red despite being mostly blue. One example is Bronzong, who, while considered by some to be predominantly blue, is placed in the green group this particular case may be attributable to the ambiguity between "green" and "blue" in the Japanese language.
Several Pokémon are placed in categories that hold little resemblance to their perceived color, or which would be more logically placed in a different category. The Pokeblock Podcast is a weekly show hosted by PokeTuber HoopsandHipHop that discusses a number of topics relating to the Pokemon franchise. Prior to Generation VII, Pokémon with multiple forms, such as Wormadam and Shellos, were categorized into their most common form's color. No orange category exists Pokémon that are primarily orange are listed as red or brown. While the actual colors of the Pokémon species can vary, the color listed in the Pokédex is usually the color most apparent or covering each Pokémon's body. The reason i am publishing this is because i want to see what you guys think of it so far. Players expect games not to be all over within a few seconds. Besides its use in the Pokédex, a Pokémon's color only has an aesthetic effect with the exception of the Festive Feud Wi-Fi tournament, where only red, white, or green Pokémon could compete. This game is too short to be put into a category. It is no longer visible in-game in the Generation VIII games, although it remains defined in the internal data. This listing is available as a search method in the Pokédex in the Generation III, V, VI, and VII games and can also be seen in the Pokémon Storage System in the Generation III, IV, and V games. While there was never any official statement regarding Pokemon Pink released, there is some information available that shows what the game could have been if it were not scrapped (presumably) during production. This is a list of Pokémon by their color according to the Pokédex. Pokemon Pink was most likely supposed to release alongside Pokemon Yellow and feature a pink Pokemon on the cover, just like Pokemon Yellow features Pikachu.
The source code for Pokemon Yellow leaked last summer, leading to lots of speculation about the never-announced Pokemon Pink game.
It seems that Pokemon Yellow was supposed to have a companion game, Pokemon Pink, if leaked source code tells fans anything. The game more closely followed the anime, with players having a Pikachu companion and Team Rocket appearing as villains in-game.
From 1998 to 2000 a special edition Pokemon Yellow game was released in various countries and regions. Each color corresponds to the final evolution of the Kanto starter Pokemon: Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle. The first generation of Pokemon games were Pokemon Red, Pokemon Green (in Japan), and later, Pokemon Blue. Since the release of the first Pokemon games, the titles have always been color-coordinated to match one of the main Pokemon found within the game.
